FAQ

What are the instructions for ordering online for delivery or pick up?
  1. Add products to your shopping cart. After all items have been added, click Checkout at the top right corner of the menu.
  2. Choose Delivery or Pick Up, enter any order notes, and then click Place Order.
  3. If this is your first order, you’ll create an online account before the order is placed. You will need to upload your current Medical Recommendation (for medical customers) and a valid, non-expired ID. You are not required to create an online account for walk-in purchases at any of our stores, only for Delivery and In-Store Pickup online.
  4. We’ll be on our way as soon as we verify your recommendation and process your order! Most deliveries are completed within 60-90 minutes.

How do I know my order has been received?

We notify each member of the receipt of their order. As soon as your order has been processed, you’ll receive notification that the order is en-route and an approximate ETA. Once it’s on the road, you can see the drivers’ progress to your location.

I want to add something to my order. Can I?

In most cases, yes! As long as you haven’t received notice that your order is en-route, you can alert us of additional item requests by calling 707-889-7461. We’ll do our best to fulfill your extra item request!

Oops, I ordered something I decided I don’t want. Is it too late to cancel?

Unfortunately, once your order is en-route we can’t change any items you’ve ordered. If it hasn’t left the dispensary yet, you may be able to change items in your order. Call 707-889-7461 to make a correction to your order.

Can I pay with a credit card?

At this time we only accept cash for our deliveries.

Can I place an order with my friends account?

No. If you wish to use our delivery service please make your own individual account on our website and we will happily serve you.

Why don’t I see an option for my Vet/Senior discount or SPARC Rewards Card?

At this time we only allow for these discounts/rewards in store. If you wish to receive these discounts they are still and always available at our storefronts.

We’re working hard to allow for Vet and Senior delivery discounts in the future. Thanks for your patience!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

  • Orders may be placed from 11:00am-6:00pm 362 days a year. We close for Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years day.
  • All items on sale in-store are now available for delivery online with few exceptions.
  • Orders are placed in queue for immediate delivery. Most deliveries will happen within 60 to 90 minutes depending on time of day/call volume. Delivery times and availability are subject to weather and traffic conditions.
  • Please place your order up to an hour before you wish to receive it. We don’t currently have a feature to delay delivery to a later time.
  • Driver only carries your order and enough cash to help you make change.
  • Please have your cash ready. Driver cannot wait for you or take you to an ATM.
  • Please have ID present to show driver upon delivery. If you place the order, you must receive it.
  • Drivers are not in marked cars or uniformed to ensure greater discretion and safety for everyone.
  • Drivers try to use as much discretion as possible when making delivery. You will receive your order in a nondescript bag that looks like it could be a food delivery.
  • Driver may be outfitted with security cameras with audio/video recording capabilities during delivery.
  • Driver is being tracked via GPS at all times.
  • Drivers are randomly selected for surveillance by our security team and monitored for safety and practical application purposes.
