This year 420 falls on a Friday, which is good for lots of people. It’s also good for this collaboration between SPARC and the Jazz Dispensary, which looks to be a wonderful match for a day like this, not coincidentally the day before RSD 2018. For those not in the know, SPARC is a medical cannabis dispensary that affords medical cannabis for adult use in the San Francisco and Sonoma areas. They fulfill the needs of low income patients prescribed by doctors for serious illnesses. Their collaboration with hospices, residential care facilities and dispensaries to help supply these seriously ill patients with no cost marijuana. They are an industry leader, and we’re happy to spread the word on this unique collaboration today. The Jazz Dispensary record label has been doing exclusive RSD releases for the past two years, and keen on creating a buzz before RSD 2018. Not only do they have impeccable taste in music and reissuing some of the best releases around, they do it right. On 4/20, they’ve got a fantastic seven inch for sale.
The songs are cannabis-inspired, but they’re also just great songs with a lot of soul, funk, and jazz elements to them. These are real American musical styles that appeal to a diverse set of people.
