Alyssa was great! The staff at Sparc on Dutton in Santa Rosa are friendly and very knowledgeable. Just like at a well stocked bar, you may ask the bartender what the liquor "Chartreuse" is like, at Sparc the staff can explain various cannabis strains, different form of use and direct you to a product you're likely to appreciate.

Every time I walk into sparc I always feel welcomed. The staff seems very educated on the products they sell and do a great job explaining to the buyer at whatever product they are looking at.
Everyone at Sparc is super patient and helpful. I was having troubles with my payment method and signal, but they were patient with me as I dealt with the issues and communicated the order would be available until end of day. Super friendly and understanding about it all too.
