After a long day I placed a delivery order and got a call it would not be able to be delivered tonight due to one of the drivers calling in sick and the other being overwhelmed, and when I swung by to pick my order up instead she was kind enough to offer an unsolicited discount to compensate for the inconvenience - super cool gesture and yet another reason I’m a loyal customer at Sparc/SR.

The staff at Sparc on Dutton in Santa Rosa are friendly and very knowledgeable. Just like at a well stocked bar, you may ask the bartender what the liquor "Chartreuse" is like, at Sparc the staff can explain various cannabis strains, different form of use and direct you to a product you're likely to appreciate.
